Rhian Brewster set to sign his first professional contract with Liverpool

Rhian Brewster revealed his anger after suffering racist abuse in a youth game against Spartak Moscow

Rhian Brewster looks as though he is set to sign his first professional contract with Liverpool, according to Sky sources.

No deal has been signed yet but it is looking a lot more positive that the 18-year-old will be staying at Anfield.

Brewster's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks.

Sky Sports News understands that Liverpool called off an August 7 friendly with Borussia Monchengladbach last month over the German club's interest in Brewster.

Club officials also wrote to Monchengladbach warning them over their conduct in pursuing the teenager.
