Man Utd's Marouane Fellaini and Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois to miss Belgium v Russia

Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois and Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini are out of Belgium's friendly against Russia on Tuesday.

Goalkeeper Courtois has been diagnosed with a hip problem while Fellaini has a toe injury. Both had played in the World Cup qualifying draw against Greece on Saturday.

The pair join fellow Premier League stars Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard in being ruled out for the Red Devils.

Chelsea star Hazard was sidelined last week because of a calf problem while De Bruyne returned to Manchester City after picking up a groin injury.

Hazard and Courtois are therefore doubts for Chelsea's next game against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
